Return & Refund Policy

At Plusock, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, including defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, or not as described, you may request a return or refund by contacting our customer service team.

Please contact us at contact@mail.plusock.com before returning any item. Do not send your return to the address shown on the package. The correct return address will be provided by our customer service team after your return request is approved.

Returns

Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to change their mind and return eligible items without giving a reason. To start a return, please contact us at contact@mail.plusock.com with your order information and proof of purchase.

To help us process your request faster, please include photos of the item you received. If your return is related to a size issue, please also attach a photo of the product label or SKU on the transparent package bag.

Our customer service team usually processes return requests within 1–2 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. Unused and unworn

  2. Undamaged

  3. Returned in its original packaging

  4. Accompanied by your name, telephone number, address, and a copy of the invoice or receipt

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For general returns or exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

However, if the return is caused by our error, such as receiving a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item, we will provide a solution after verification. Return labels may only be provided for defective or incorrect items within the policy period.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the product weight, your location, and the shipping method you choose. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number for your records. Plusock is not responsible for packages lost in transit if they are returned without tracking.

Original shipping fees, insurance charges, and other additional service fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product condition reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Clearance sale items
  2. Lingerie, underwear, and panties
  3. Post-surgery products
  4. Personalized socks or customized products
  5. Free items from special offers
  6. Gift cards, if applicable

Sale or special offer items are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us at contact@mail.plusock.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the item received
  3. Photos of the packaging, if applicable
  4. A brief description of the issue

Please note that if only the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself remains intact, the item may not be considered damaged.

Once we verify the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other customer service support.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items within the return policy period.

For size-related issues, please contact us at contact@mail.plusock.com and provide a photo of the product label or SKU on the transparent package bag. This helps our customer service team confirm the item and process your request more quickly.

Please note that after an exchange has been completed, the exchanged item may not qualify for an additional refund unless it arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days after we receive and verify your returned item.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Credit card and PayPal refunds usually take 7–15 business days to be posted.

Please note:

  1. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
  2. Original shipping fees, insurance charges, and additional service fees are non-refundable.
  3. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing time, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you still need help, contact us at contact@mail.plusock.com.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before the item has been shipped.

  1. Orders may be fully refunded within 24 hours after purchase if they have not been shipped.

  2. Orders requested for cancellation more than 24 hours after purchase may only qualify for a partial refund if processing has already started.

  3. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item if it meets our return conditions.
